When you guys say that your C-Reader isn't work, are you saying that it's not reading a code that you have?

It shows an E....I would assume this is code for Error

 

The E is for NO COMMUNICATION according to Zack at Launch. It shows up right after the Launch sequence wether the car is off, on, started with the reader plugged, you name it...way. The answer should be coming from Chian today. I will update. I guess I figured it would be easier to contact the supplier directly and not bog Vishnu down with returns etc......

It depends, although it may not matter. It's an inseperable part of the SMART package.

well, Zack at Launch is not getting much help from china and they still don't know why it is not working. I will ship mine to Vishnu tomorrow so they can deal with it. I tried to save them the hassle, but am not about to waste more time on this. if you have similar issues with yours, I would think Vishnu will have an answer shortly.

Folks, do your CReaders have serial numbers on them or are they black all the way around?

oops....looks like Vishnu sold the CReaders that werent made in China
