POWER-ON problem is back

this time its weird, i don't need to restart the car to fix the problem, i can just move the xede unit a few inches up or down, and the orange light will turn green again. Any suggestions?

Yeah, thats what i seems like to me. The problem is just that the light turns orange (even if it was green upon starting up the car) and then only hits about 13-14 psi (whatever the wastegate spring is). I wiggle the Xede around a bit, and its back to the green light and working just fine.

I need to call you this week and have some stuff done before i head up to Buttonwillow for the weekend.

Can you help me with the firmware upgrade to allow me to switch maps? I also wanted to put it on the dyno again to see what numbers its making in colder weather, if you've got the time. Oh yeah, and to check that wiring.

He bro, I have a similar problem...my LED starts green when startin the car, but turns amber as soon as I hit the gas. If I stay on the throttle it gets hung up around 10-12 psi and then turns green all of a sudden again and goes up to 21-22 psi that I have it set at. It does it in every gear. Check out my other threar on this...
