I bought my Signature Exhaust and I have had it since Jan 2004. Ever since I have put it in, I have been chasing a rattle that happens at low RPMs and high load ( i.e. a/c on, letting out clutch, etc.) Well, I just added cams and the situation got worse. Now it rattles at idle with no load ! I like the idle but the noise is driving me crazy. I already have the Kart-boy hangers

I got underneath the car and began hitting the exhaust with my palm (to find the rattle, not out of frustration ). I could not make the noise happen until my palm hit the catalytic converter. When I hit the converter, it sounded like there was rocks in the converter. I suspect that my converter has had a loose section in it and I have been hearing it this whole time.

I realize that it has been a long time since the purchase of my system and warranty may be out of the question, but I figure it never hurts to ask. If not, what would be the replacement cost for a signature cat and gaskets. I would buy an off-the-shelf cat. However, the exhaust has V-band clamps
