Forge RS most likely. People are going to say bad things about both, but the reality is: if you are using a bov that will hold 30+ pounds of boost, its going to have some surge. I know that Smoggy often uses two. A JDM MR for daily driving low boost, and a Type S for racing.

Dustin is close to being right about my past BOV efforts. When I went to a stage 1+, I switched to a Greddy type S Bov. It held boost just fine but it's drivability wasn't very good. It made the car more prone to stalling in stop and go traffic and caused surge at steady freeway speeds. It got to point that it was so annoying that I put my stock diverter valve back on during the hot summer months because the AC running would make the car even more stall prone.
Finally, I bought a plain Forge Diverter Valve from IE Evo who had an extra one. With the blue spring my car held all the boost my TME 6.5 turbo could throw at it and ran pretty much as smoothly as the stock diverter valve. IE Evo had the Forge (red spring) with his Stage 3 Vishnu car that made 494whp and it worked flawlessly also. Since then, I have become a Forge fanboy.
Now, with the stroker and the big asssss turbo, my Forge DV seems a little out gunned. I am looking to try out the new Forge RS to see if it can handle the intake gasses with a little more civility. As it is, the regular Forge valve seems to really struggle to smoothly release pressurized intake gasses in part throttle situations.

I just got the new Forge RS valve a couple of months ago and it's great. No stalling issues and my part throttle response was greatly improved over the stocker. I also trapped about 1.5 MPH higher at LACR with the RS.
