You wouldn't miss that tiny little Elise if I took it out for a three hour spin, would you?

I love how you relegate the Miata to the girl. I guess it is traditionally thought of as a kind of feminine car, but man those things are fun to drive

hee hee..

another pic:

btw, that miata is a killer. With an XEDE and our intake, it went from 130whp to 185whp (DD dyno #s of course)! It puts down just 15-20whp shy of a stock Evo 8 but is 900lbs lighter! The Elise puts down 170whp and is 200lbs lighter than the Miata. The 996 (stock) puts down 240whp and weighs in at 2910lbs. The Suby, when tuned, should make close to 400whp (big GT30R, built motor, etc,.) The EVO belongs to our very own Isaac and was tuned to the tune of 285whp last night (Stg 1+). They are ALL fun cars but the EVO is pretty darn tough to beat for an all-around driver. Although the Elise has been getting its fair share of driving time during the last week (weather is perfect during the day this time of year)

btw, I think the Miata is more fun to drive than the Elise Although the Elise is the ultimate head-turner. I can't believe how much attention it draws. Today, the only other car that out-attentioned it was a bright red Ultima GTR that was following me through town

really??? i drove an elise and thought it was the most fun car i have ever driven altough the miata would be my choice for a daily driver. throw a turbo kit on this miata and it is good to go (a good kit not the stock baby turbo with baby intercooler)
