Midwest VISHNU Dyno day?
Midwest VISHNU Dyno day?
Any takers for a Vishnu dyno day? Now that AMS has their dyno, we should be able to get Shiv and company to give us a long awaited visit. Let me know who's interested.

What difference does it make which type of dyno is used. The tune is on the car, not the dyno. It also gives Shiv a chance to sell more products in the Midwest if he ever decides to make the trip.

I don't know if it is the "familiarity" of the dyno, the accuracy, repeatability of the dyno numbers or what. That is just my guesstimate of the situation. Others are harder to duplicate the numbers, with too many variables. I am not sure about this, but I believe I am not that far off in my assesment of it.

Ron's almost always down for a dynoday. If he's not tuning anything (like this instance) it's usually no problem at all. I know he's done several before for both Subie's and Evo's with out of town tuners coming in and he just operates the dyno to keep things moving quickly.

I think I need to start a thread to get together at Dyno4mance sometime! When you are ready Andrew and Shiv!
