Stage 0 to lean?

I had just recently installed a vishnu xede and im afraid i might be running a little bit to rich. I have done about 15 or so quick 1st though 3rd pulls over the course of the last couple days since i had the ecu installed. The reason why i suspect im running lean is one time i went wot in first and afterfired around 6k rpms at full throttle. I looked at the 330hp stage 0+ map and it was pulling out %15 fuel at around 5k on up. Does this seem right i recieved AMS's stage 1 AFC-II settings and they were only taking out 8% fuel. I do not own a wideband a/f meter nor a EGT gauge. Im not exactly sure on what to do i was possible considering purchasing a cooling mist water injection system to pervent serious damage.

I would purchace the guages and "see" what the car is doing first. The S-afc is a different beast compared to the XEDE. Your plugs might need changed. I wount speculate until you get some monitoring devices, ie: guages. my 2c. Did you also get the Xede flash? what are your mods if any.

After reading your post again, you say rich, then lean. you mean rich correct? dont buy another part UNLESS it is a monitoring device! Dont guess when it comes to that. All I have is the AEM UEGO guage, boost, and oil pressure. That is enough for me.

Im running to lean. As far as mods go i have a 3inch downpipe, test pipe, greddy evo cat back, aps bov, perrin upper intercooler, and hallman pro hx mbc set at 19psi peak.

You dont need the MBC. Boost should be controlled by the XEDE and the fuel maps are calibrated with this in mind. You should also consider upgrading the fuel pump.

The S-AFC and XEDE use different MAF scaling factors so -8 on one is not the same as -8 on the other. The only real way to confirm that you are running rich or lean is with a wideband, either external or SMART. But the baseline maps are known to be conservative and sound. Not sure what you mean about afterfire though. If you want, reduce the fueling enleaning in the fuel table and see if this behavior is still there. But before doing that, see if this behavior is repeatible.

I don't fully understand why you think anything is wrong apart from the values seen in the Xede table....
It would put your mind at rest to get a wide band on it so you can see how things are

I had a MBC, and the Xede also. YOU DONT NEED THE MBC! I turned mine into a dog whistle. scrapped it. Your Xede is doing the job......trust me, you can let it go to a new home now!

Problem is i bought my xede used and i didnt receive a passive boost emulator. I guess can i just order a passive boost emulator from vishnu. Which wideband should i buy i was thinking on just purchasing a lc-1. I guess my biggest concern is being able to use the analog 0-5v output singal on the lc-1 to be able to log wideband a/f ratios with my xede.

That part will only increase your boost. It is not needed for all cars, only those that will not reach the target boost.
