Ok I am trying to upgrade from a v2 to the new smart firmware I get all the way to where it asks for the xede reset. Xede seems to be in boot mode no flashing light, but when I turn the ignition to off and start the car nothing happens. In other words the window that claims to go away after being reset just stays there and nothing happens if anyone has any clues let me know plz tkz in advance

 

What software are you using to update the firmware? Version 3.2 doesn't work. I ended up using an older version and then using 3.2 for the maps.

 

yea 3.2 cant find any other version

 

do you know somewhere I can get an older version as I cant seem to find one anywhere

OK, I beleive I used version 3 -- not 3.2 for the update.
