I am currently running 23 psi around town on 93 octane with a flash for that fuel, but not for that much boost. I am almost positive I am getting an occaisional knock and timing retard, and wonder if I need a little race fuel concentrate/toluene/etc. to maintain that boost for around town without potentially damaging the motor.

Or am I just an idiot for running that much boost and be condemned to Evo destroyer hell?
