Does VISHNU need a Receptionist?
Is it me, or does Vishnu do a terrible job of answering the phones? I know how incredibly busy they are, with Shiv gone and everybody trying to get the SMART off the ground, but I have spent 3 days trying to get ahold of somebody on the phone, and this isn't the first time!Also, I can only imagine how many tedious emails they recieve, but with paying customers like you and me, don't we deserve a little info when we need it? Even if it is a stupid question like "how does your intercooler compare to others" and "where can I find a wiring diagram for an O2 sensor?"
I know I am not the only one with communication issues with this company. But to tell you the truth, with all the great things that come from their tuning expertise and outstanding knowledge for problems when they DO ANSWER THE PHONE, I can almost deal with having to wait weeks on end for answers.
All I can say is, keep up the good work over there in CALI, but for goodness sakes get a receptionist!
You wouldn't want us to get ahold of cell phone numbers and really start harrassing you, now would you?

I know that I receive calls on my personal cell phone on a daily basis, return at least 15 emails a day, (even on weekends) stay up on evom, answer IMs, and even Myspace messages. We are making an effort, and sean is still working out the kinks to fill calvin's shoes. Bear with us guys.

i called monday the 13th and got through with no issues, sean took care of my order. i also have cell numbers for several people there, but never resort to that. although i am still waiting for an invoice.

Hey sorry guys but I got caught up with all these Xede and Smart orders. With Shiv gone it’s been a little hectic trying to answer all the phone calls and ship stuff out. I'm going start checking the messages and calling people back Monday so bear with me.

Its not just Vishnu....almost every performance shop I call turns into a cluster fok.
