The faq on this website says it's not illegal as in controlled substance -- but it's just not approved for sale in the US.

In other words you're allowed to own it, but not buy it.

Do you ship to the USA?

We have shipped to the USA for many years without any problems to those over the legal drinking age and for personal consumption only. We use a private courier and all shipments are insured.
