Shiv I NEED a map

Shiv,
I sent you an email tuesday of last week requesting a map for a V3 Firmware XEDE to be run on a STOCK 2005 EVO 8 MR. I was instructed to email you, at shiv@vishnutuning.com, to request the map by Dustin.

I have called your company at least 6 times in the last week. I have spoken with Dustin and Shawn and been told repeatedly that I would be getting a map. Not once have any of my calls been returned or any map been sent. As of today, I am still sitting here with NO map. Furthermore, your website doesn't contain any working links to any Stage 0 Maps for any version XEDE.

Can you please deal with this and get me a map so that my car can finally be running. I think I have been very patient and I would like to have this resolved before that patience runs out.

Regards,
Jacques

Remember, Shiv is currently banned and won't be able to reach you on Evom, but C'MON Vishnu, let's take care of this.

What's your email? I'll send you a map.
Do you have SMART or not?

Unfortunately, I do not have the map he needs, and shiv has told me that he would send it.

I've got a v3 map from an otherwise stock Evo we did at Dyno4mance a bit back. Its a little conservative, but that's not a biggie.

I tried to attach it, but its too big. I'm gonna have to find winzip or something.

This map is 93 octane, no SMART.

Already on it.

I reeled the fueling and boost in a little bit as well.
Try this map, Makaveli.

The zip file is fine on my desktop, but when I add it to EvoM, it shrinks and the map doesn't upload inside.

Makaveli, if you can't get the map, PM me your email and I'll send it to you that way. EvoM software won't let an Xmap file be uploaded.

Thanks fellas, will give it a go. In the meantime, my email is makaveli319@gmail.com. Right now, if I run the car, it stutters past 1k rpm.

Happy to help, man.
I was a little soft on the boost, and un(custom)tuned, I'd like to keep you at 21psi or under. If you want any tweaking on the boost, please let me know. I'm glad to assist while Shiv is MIA for a few more days.

The Mr's and 05's seem to have more agressive timing maps in the stock ECU...so when the Xede is used/tuned on 93 octane more timing needs to be pulled out of the timing table on these cars when the A/F ratio is leaned to an acceptable level.
With any interceptor equipped MAF car when you lean out the fuel you are also adding more timing advance to the engine.
Unlike something simple like an SAFC The Xede alows you to pull out this undesired additional timing to an acceptable level and still maintain a correct mixture
