Wait a sec.. Shiv only charged me $225.00 (returning customer) for a custom Xflash tune on my EVO8. Why is it now $300.00?

injection system. 10.5 hotside, ported exhaust manifold, MR O2 housing in time for the tune.
3. 2 maps. One for 91 octane with water/alcohol injection and a second for VP109.

As smog runner said, the dyno allows you before and after results that you cannot get with a road tune. You might have to dyno later on to figure out your gains/losses in the power curve.
Also Shiv and Tuning Tech are experts when it comes to tuning with CA crappy gas. Plus they are local and are not a one man company.

+1 true road tune only allow you to do so much like Correct the AF and knock, but it won't tell you when you start to lose power. i guess that when you rely on the Butt - O - Meter rite
