Ok now red & black pretty much self explained pink taps into the pink wire on black connector, ANd white & blue technically unused. OK so now the yellow one thats suppose to go into pin 9 on gray connector was that suppose to come terminated which it clearly didn't or did everyone just use the purple wire that they used to upgrade the firmware? tkz in advance guys let me know

 

The purple wire is used for something else, launch control I believe. So if you are not doing that then yes you can use that wire. Otherwise contact vishnu on monday and have them send out a terminated wire.

 

Sounds like I will use the purple wire for this and just order the other one and wait for it to come in and then wire in launch control thanks

 

The yellow wire on my knockbuffer didnt come with the female terminal for the deutch connector either. I let them know, and they sent me a wire w/ a terminal crimped to it that I soldered onto the yellow wire.

Hmm well shiv said they will ship it out & no charge so I will go that route tkz guys

 

I always try and keep some connectors handy. Never know when you are going to need them. At least if you tinker as much as I do.

 

Hmm for some reason we received a batch of Knock buffers some with the terminal and some without. I assumed that they all had the terminal and sent them out. I apologize for the inconvenience please contact me by PM or phone (925) 648-7863 if you have one without the terminal.
