Thumbs up Turbo Magazine Article

Has any body seen this months turbo magazine? There's an article on there about shiv tuning with alky. Shiv put down some sick numbers with smart and alky.I think it was about 350ish hp on dd dyno (stock 8 turbo no 10.5 hotside). You should pick up the magazine.

if I remember correctly then they tunned it on 100 oct. and made 380ish whp.

I was wondering the same thing. Does anybody know if thats Shiv's alky kit in that article?

yeah. i thought it was 100 octane AND alky. i haven't read it yet. I just flipped through the pages. i can't remember what else were done in parts 1 through 4. might be time to dig out the old mags.

Doubt it. Probably the SMC one.

I believe that is a coolingmist pump. smc uses flowjet pumps.

You might be right - I'll take another look at the article tonight.

I stopped buying that magazine when they had the Dynoflush mobile on the front cover once.

Maybe they've wised up.

turbo is pretty good. doing more tech and less crap now. still better than super street
