Question Conditional upgrade

So now that several weeks have passed....

Who is running the "conditional" upgrade, and how is it working. Are there noticeable improvements, or drawbacks?

There are about 70 people running the conditional firmware. Just about all of the folks from the NJ, GA, SLT, Socal and Texas dyno days have had their xede updated when I was there. At tjhe most, I only set-up overboost protection. I ddin't do anything with leanrun protect until it was tested more. I've noticed a couple of false triggering as well as some problems with dual conditional (AND function) logic. But this only applied to the conditional logic in maps 2, 3 and 4. That's the reason I've only been activating conditionals in MAP 1 in all the c usotmer cars.

Now that I've been back for 2 days, we found the bug and everything seems work flawlessly. I've got leanrun protection successfully working with stock narrow band o2 sensors as well. And we've just finished the newest user version of Xmap. I'm writing instructions today since the upgrade will involve updating your firmwire and XMap. Should be relatively painless (1-2 minute job). If you are already running xmap 3.2, the newest XMap version will import your current maps just fine. Getting access to conditional functions will simply require going into the "Edit this map" menu.

I should be done with directions 2night or 2morrow. Lots of screenshots to do.

Hi Shiv,

I have recently gotten the conditional fw update on a custom tune, but I don't think leanrun protect with stock narrow band o2 was available. Obviously, I will need to add the stock o2 to the harness, but will I need to update FW to activate leanrun protect?
