V550/Stage 2 Help

1) support bracket- should this use the stock bolts or should the kit have come with shorter bolts or spacers? my stock ones are far too long.

2) waste gate- this came with big blue and small red spring 1.4 bar or 20.3psi with boost tables at 0. i have no problem with this, but that means no taper below 20.3 right?

3) intake pipe- how does this attach to my BOV? there wasn't a silicon or rubber attachment in any of the boxes. do i need to locate a proper sized silicon coupler for this?

4) injectors- i sent these in to RC for cleaning prior to installing them. they are 680cc, but prior to cleaning they flowed 640, 624, 644 & 617 after 653, 648, 656 & 646. these are brand new. i'm ok with the flow on these, but i sent my ecu to be injector scaled and am worried that i'll run lean since i'm going to be scaled for 680cc and don't even hit 660cc. maybe smart will take care of this.

i'm sure i'll have more questions once i get further into it.

thanks
vincent

You're gonna love it.

Did you get a 3071 or a 3076?

Make sure to place the 656 in cylinder #1 (nearest timing belt) since that is the leanest running cylinder.

We had a similar issue with our kit not having all the parts. Contact Dustin, he should be able to set you up.

With a ton of help from cooter, rallyredevo, and andrew from dyno4mance.
I got it second hand, though.
