sorry about the long wind

haven't been able to get any consistent logging, I'm limitted by the lack of knowledge (for now, trust me). Based off voltage inputs and the chart supplied by Shiv I would say between 10.9 to 11.2 at the highest also working on boost issues its a mess. running peak 19 psi on the MBC the XEDE boost control system isn't working properly. Ive went over it a hundred times, install and removal, and for the 100000th time yes I'm using the right green wire. I think its actually my factory boost sol. no time to check and really dont care. Believe it or not the car has MAD pulls, very surprising, since I switched from Smart stage1 v360 to a non-smart stage 0+ 330????? maybe it has something to do with the sol. control

I fear the day I have to drive around camless.

I run catless and when I get off throttle I shoot flames out the back for up to 5 seconds. When I hammer on it at night I can see the black exhaust smoke behind the car in the headlights of the trailing car. All things point to being very rich but I think it comes down to just being at a fairly high power level. I mean we all easily make about 300WHP and it comes easy but in all honestly thats a sh!tload of power. I passed a Z06 in the straights last lapping day! I figure lots of power equals lots of fuel and smoke.

Nem.....10.9-11.2 is a perfect tune for an aggressive daily driver. If you want it a little leaner for that track bump the boost a PSI or two.

I am using the LM-1 with the LMA-2 RPM convertor. LMA-2 has five inputs and is cheap to boot. I simply added a 3 bar MAP sensor and now I have boost log. Soon I will add a EGT gauge and tap a wire from the gauge to the LMA-2 to log EGTs.

I would love to have that config. I dont believe my autometer boost gauge is even close to being accurate.

IMO, almost all gauge are inaccurate. I have a Defi D and the difference between what it reads and the logs that I do is about 1.5 psi. When I was using the gauge, I was concerned that I was boosting to 22-23 psi on pump 91 octane, so I backed off the Xede boost tables. When I started logging I found out that my actual boost peak was around 21.5 AVG. Only once during my logs did I get 22 psi.

yea....I kinda saw the same thing while on the dyno. My gauge read 20 psi but I was actually at 18 according to the dyno. Which is accurate.....who knows.

have you tried to log knock with that system? i do not know how the inputs work with the LMA-2, but i assume you could just tap it into the xede knock buffer output (i think its analog 0-5v?) and log knock with that just like the xede.

No I have not, but I would love to know how. If you can help me, I would appreciate it.

I just need to know which output pin on the Xede is the knock buffer and then I will tap a wire from there to the LMA-2. If the Xede knock buffer output is 0-5v then it should work.

Do you have the smart system? if so you should have the knock buffer, which is the little black box with like 5 wires coming out of it. there is a pink wire that comes out of the knock buffer into the xede (black connector pin 4, which is AN0). i assume you would just tap this wire. i have no idea what the knock range is, or what 0..5v would correspond to, but i assume you would notice a big knock spike.
