what is the bare minimum for the most power on 93?
would 11.5 be satisfactory?

From what ive read everyone says to richen it up by redline
your thoughts?
The simplest answer is that the best AFR # is the leanest (i.e. highest) # that will not make your engine knock/detonate/pre-ignite. This # varies from car to car and also varies with atmoshperic conditions (i.e. temperature, humidity, altitude).
In my experience, 11.5 was slightly too lean for street use ... I would occassionally get some pulled timing in 4th gear highway pulls. IMO if you want to be safe, keep it at 11.0:1. Assuming a stock turbo (any flavor), you will want to hit that AFR no later than 4000 rpm or so - look at some of Shiv's dyno charts, you'll see what kind of AFR curve he usually shoots for.
