Nope. The water goes into the intercooler pipes.

 

??? Care to share the specs of this idea and whats it actally does ???

 

No problem. I am using a flowmeter to monitor flow through my water injection system. If there is no flow (line breakage, line clog, pump dies, hole in line, empty tank etc) then the voltage drops and hits the 0 cells which pass through the values in my MAF pump gas map. If line breaks or leaks at the nozzle (more flow) then it hits the 0 cells in the upper voltages. When everything is working fine it leans out my AFR and adds more timing advance. Basically, I have created a closed loop water injection control.

 

I don't see any advance!

 

Anytime you pull out fuel, you will add more timing.

 

But you are putting fuel (alchy/meth) back in. It also looks like he is pulling ALOT of timing.

He would probabaly see better returns running a fatter AFR and then add/zero timing in the timing table.

 

Shiv custom tuned my car for pump gas. I have to have negative numbers in my timing due to the amount of fuel that is being taken out (which advances timing as a side effect).

In my new map, I am pulling more fuel since I am now adding another fuel (meth/water). A side effect of pulling fuel is adding timing advance.

 

The addition of timing by leaner AFR is true. But, you are not going any leaner because you are adding a second source of fuel.
