How to switch between Vishnu Stage One 93 Octane Map and Stock ECU Mode?

If done right this should improve spoolup, improve wg function and reduce boost creep. You can buy the housing alreadt ported from Buschur and while you are at it you should change the O2 housing to the Ebay one for $90 this is another cheap 15 hp.

If anyone in Central America consider using them, forget it, they are really bad.
I have a couple of friends that will be coming down by the end of the year, till then I will have to wait. Thanks anyway sparky.
when u want the stock ecu to run without xede you could maybe just unplug it haha but that could get annoying or maybe i dunno im new to the evo world and how things work but find the power source wire for the xede and just put a switch on it so you can turn it on and off from the dash.

Yesterday I topped max speed with the EVO in a race track, 7500rpm in 5th gear.
It went to about 255 km/h on the panel. However, I felt that the car could go more. Is there a way to increase rev line limits? Do I need a new map from Vishnu? From what I read the XEDE maintains the rev limit of the ECU, how can I change that?
you need to send your ecu to vishnu so that they can remove the rev limit and the boost tapper.
me myself didnt do it cause i think they will release some type of cable and software so that you can do it directly to your car via de 0bd2 port!

Laudikraut told me that I can order a tactrix cable, download ECUflash and change the settings myself. It sucked to have top speed of 255 km/h, that is not even 160 miles per hour. Anyway, the next track meeting will be only in november, so I think I have time till then. He also said that 7800 rpm is the safest you can go with stock pistons. I remember when I used to have a Type R acura with JUN cams, pistons and ECU the cut was 9000rpm!
I installed XEDE w/ S.M.A.R.T. upgrade two days ago and downloaded the V390 map, but my car is not as fast as I wanted it to be because there is no exhaust! I am running the stock exhaust as mine 3" turbo back from APS has been lost by the carrier called Reach Trading in Miami. That is US$1k down the drain ...
I guess that without exhaust and proper tuning I am running at about 340hp at the crank, 270whp probably. This car that ranned with my has 250whp and he was about 2 cars behind me. It was a Fiat Stilo with a 2.4 liter turbo engine.
I am running the V390 map with stock exhaust.
The gasoline I am using is 95 octane. I have a question:
1. Will I lose power if I use the V390 map for 91 octane instead of the V390 map for 93 octane?
What do you think?

true, i wanted to get a dynoflash or some sort of flash, but the ability to switch maps on the XEDE made me want to buy it. I still have not figure it out how to switch from one map to the other, but I will soon.
by the way, your avatar picture looks nice!
