Hello there, I got the ECU back from the scaling of the injectors, but I have a question.

I mailed the ECU out with a return-paid slip in the box. I got the ECU back in the time it should have been back (overnight to you, and over night back). I opened the box, saw the ECU, and my letter inside. I didn't see a reciept for the services, or a "note" from you guys, not even a breath mint in the box.(no sign you were in there) Since I mailed it from my "small" town where I work,(via UPS) I HAVE to make sure "Cleatus" didn't put my address on the box, and in effect, just mailed it to me, and you never got it!!

I pmed you and called you, saying it was on the way. didn't get a response from the pm, you said you would watch for it when we talked on the phone. I am putting in the larger injectors today, and want to make sure there wont be any trouble on start-up. (you know how my luck goes ) So the Question is:

Did you see my ECU on Thursday? if you DID, you scaled it. if you DIDN'T, "Cleatus" just might lose his last tooth on Monday. I can't look at the box, as it is at work. 1 1/2 hours away. Thanks for the input, and the great work as usual.

 

Put down the crack and take a deep breath. Think about what you are saying. Also is that someone in your window watching you??

 

I put the crack down before I typed the thread. and now that you mention it.............who is that in the window, and how did you find out where I live??

 

I can simplify what I said.

I went to the printer shop, who also sends stuff UPS. I dropped it off, and gave them an out-go, and return slip. I just want to make sure he put the "OUTGO" sticker on the box first (To Vishnu). There is nothing in the box but the my ECU and the letter I sent. No response on the letter from Vishnu, reciept for the charges, or any other sign they got the box. That is what I was going to make sure they got it, and that the UPS vendor didn't mess up.

 

Don't worry man, its all taken care of. Just keep her under 15psi and about that letter, we can't read.

 

THanks..........what letter? The letter I put in the box was: " Hello Shiv/ Dustin, enclosed is my ECU, please scale for 780cc injectors, here are my mods..." That is the letter I put in the box for them.

 

Don't worry about it man. If you somehow do blow your engine, just mail us your salvagable parts, we could always re-sell them.

I swapped the injectors, and drove it anyway! It is running RICH, so they were scaled. otherwise, I would have had a "scratch and dent" sale for sure!!

 

 

Yes it was flashed. If you noticed the box was taped up with brown tape (you taped it up with clear) and the return label you provided to us inside the box is gone (we used it). Also, you didn’t get a reciept, because you haven't paid for your flash update, but thanks for reminding us to. Give us a call on monday, and we will be glad to email over your reciept.

 

I don't need a reciept, that wasn't important. making sure my "guy" here, didn't just ship the box to me was the issue.

 

I started it, and noticed right away it was "scaled" as the AEM UEGO gauge was reading richer than normal at idle. I drove it OUT OF BOOST! Thanks again.

 

Next time include some whatabuger. The Shiv can't resist that.
