I'm new here, I just wanted to say how great this car is, and by the way I coming from a sti. And the sti just can't compare. I got a evo 9 and with a k&n drop in filter, and I'm getting the xflash tommorow, supposedly suppose give me 380hp. I have been searching all day, can't seem to find many people that have evo 9, that just got flashed by vishnu. I just wanted to know how reliable this would be, and if it's worth the 750.sorry for my ignorance. I respect all your guy's opinions, thanks

 

It is worth every bit of 750. I went from 226hp/230tq on a bone stock car to 270hp/280tq..ona bone stock car. It drives perfectly, pulls very hard for being stock, and is completely reliable. You will have absolutely no regrets after Shiv is done working his magic and takes you for a ride in it. Trust me I found out. Feel free to ask anymore questions you have

Shiv is one of the best, now if it would not lock the darn ecu up I would do it. Get the openecu flashes going

Just got back from Vishnu, and met Shiv. Not only is a genious, he's very nice guy and very professional. It was long boring 5 hour drive there, But boy was it fun on the way back, Thanks Shiv. Now I need to save money get the full exhasut system from him now, hopefully he''ll give me a discount lol,. Once again Thanks Shiv. wow does the 750 come with or without lube?

 

It comes with lube of course ...and some of the best tuning to be done on a IX...You get what you pay for and I think anyone you talk to about a tune from Shiv will be nothing but good.

 

If I were to get a flash how much power would it put down on an VIII? I'm about to get the Tanabe Concept Blue and didn't know if a drop in filter might help as well for the tune.

 

vishnu all the way. now if i can be patient enough in waiting for him to make it back to dyno4mance in GA so i can get a custom tune. went from 232WHP to 285WHP with the flash and TBE.
