Im very impressed. This is like the grown-up, non boy racer car for adults. Basically, if you drive a mazda speed 6, legacy GT or similiar because you don't like the looks of the evo or STi, this is the car for you.

Im going to test drive one later this week.

if u guys have seen how tiny the stock turbo's are....blah...dont wanna doubt before any hard facts yet.

one thing for sure is this won't be the next supra. lots of discussions over at the supra boards already actually

sick car though, can't wait to see what vishnu can do with it.

edit: saw Vishnu's response from another thread about 335i's rolling speed.

damn i guess lots of asian moms driving the 335i will be cutting me off on the freeway then

need to start modding

Those turbos look like K03s very small indeed.

I keep seeing/hearing them tearing up and down the parkway between our dealers from the BMW store. I can't wait for one of their owners to come in with some BPU mods...

Nice ride, but until BMW releases a 335xi, it's useless in Chitown...

Should be interesting to see if the Bimmer can be flashed, or if they've encrypted the ECU.

They are IHI, in Europe IHI is a big seller for European car makers, Fiat takes the big chunk when speaking of IHI turbos.

I believe they are Mitsubishi turbos as well.

BTW, automobile mag just dyno tested another one. Just in case the first one they tested a couple of weeks ago was a fluke:
