My exhaust and flash = 340whp. Probably won't wake Vishnu up from the dead though...

Yep. I read the article. This is the third article I have read about the Vishnu X and there is no time line when their product will be out. The editors must be testing the beta version. Sometime in 2009 maybe? Everyone who has driven the Vishnu version really likes the performance-

I've not been on this board for a while. Is the Vishnu proceed still in beta testing, and does anyone know if there is a ecu flash (loadable through the OBDII port) instead of cutting wires like the Proceed?

Don’t hold your breath. Vishnu deserted the Evo, it’s all about BMW these days for them. Although I was excited at first, I would now think very long and hard before I put their ProCeed on my car. Such a critical component needs a concentrated, dedicated development cycle with more than just a one or two beta cars and occasional mention in a magazine.

Considering the versatility, and interchangeability (with some modifcation) between different platforms, there is actually a wealth of support for the ProCede whether on a BMW or Mitsubishi. And don't fret, Vishnu has not deserted the evo. ;-)

Ive read that article twice and threw the magazine away. The writers/editors of that magazine seem more interested in writing novels than a car write up. There were no real numbers that people like me would like to read. Only opinionated garbage that seemed to me to go back and forth between: The car is great - The car is at its limits and seems like its about to explode. I thought the article was bologna, and I would never buy that magazine again. Gimme numbers!

So apparently they have walked away from the idea of using the ProCede on the Evo X because they could not control the MIVEC. Instead they will now offer an ECU flash. Would be nice if they actually communicate with their potential customers here on the board.
