Question For SHIV

I am going to purchase you Sig. Stage 1 this FRI. I already have a HKS Suction Intake. I know that you have said many times before and stated on you website that all your tuning is done with the factory airbox in place. If I have a capable tuner and purchase the tuning software along with my package will I be okay? I just don't want to ruin my VISHNU TUNED EVO

Then why are you on the sign up sheet for Al's dynoflash if you're going to purchase Shiv's stage 1???

I see, is it because you don't want Al to ruin your DYNOFLASH TUNED EVO right?

j/k

HAHAHAH

HAHAHAH caught me!! No, I am going to run the DYNOFLASH in conjuction with the XEDE and then as I mod even more( cams, injectors, bigger turbo) I have a tunable computer. I have a 4wd Dyno 5 miles from my house and a capable tuner. I want the best of both worlds

AND

Personally I think the AL and SHIV are the greatest even though they are in a little fued right now. THey should come together and whoop some ****. I had a WRX and used all VISHNU part. They worked perfect so I can't stray away from something that worked so well. AL on the otherhand had the first 11sec EVO so he knows whats up also.

Opps

Damn, just got finished reading the 6 page battle between AL, ERIC, and SHIV. Don't think it would be a good idea to have both VISHNU and DYNOFLASH parts in my car They might satrt fighting eachother. I am just going to bow out and go with one.

Als 11 second EVO is a 60K+ investment including a totally built reinforced block- He only made 2 11 second passes on the 4G63 on gobs of N2O. A monkey can make a car hold together for
1/2 mile. No one seems to be quite realistic about their plans for their daily driver they think the formula is

$required parts+$labor (oh but well try it ourself)= 11 second daily driven monster

when in reality its

[($required parts)+($^2labor(damn the specialty tools))+($maintenace for your new improved EVO)^3]= your rarely streetable modded POS

MP5, Not only do you have to replace the battery, but the Buschur Upper IC was made to go under their reworked MAS pipe and Filter (that's partly why it's shorter). I don't think it will work with stock AirBox.

Thats true. I think!! I will have to golift the hood and check, but I think it runs strait through where the battery and air box were. That just sucks that the XEDE cant be used with an after market filter. I would love to have the best of both worlds.

Really are you sure about the airbox?? Why cant it just run under that accordian tube? the MAF is still in the same spot I thought?
