Shiv advice on BOV before you tune the car.

You are about to come out here to colorado to tune our cars. I was wondering if it was wise to change the stock BOV with a Greddy type s, before you tune the cars. Will this BOV hold the higher boost levels? Will the stock one?
Should I wait to change th BOV till after you tune?
