Stage 1 "Cool weather update"

I say "Cool weather" because it was only 60 degrees and I know my car will go faster once we get into the 40- low 50 degree weather. Sorry guys, no 60 foot times at out track on Thursdays. I said to myself, I'm only going to do one run as I want to save my clutch. I get up to the line, pro tree turns green, I have my car revved up to 6500 rpm's and dump the clutch--damn car spins all four tires(had never done that!!) and goes sideways so I had to abort the run. I hot lapped it and got in line again. Car was not as cold as the first time but I still went for it. Took off this time at 6000 rpm and ended up with a 12.44@111.879!! I was pretty happy. So far,I have been extremely impressed with this Vishnu stage 1. I only got to run my car once at the track stock and it ran a 14.40@95.125 mph. That's the fastest it went. This is in Deep South Texas weather-not Houston-which is 6 hours north--a lot hotter down here. Temp when stock run was done was 98 degrees. With only the Vishnu Stage 1, my car has gone 2 seconds faster and 17 mph faster in the quarter--pretty impressive huh !!!!!!!
I'll post again when we get "Cold Weather" .

I was running the 3 inch cat. I got my cat delete pipe today. Can't wait to install it, get cold weather and retry again.

Excellent. Test pipe should be worth another 1-2mph all things equal. We're rooting for ya

Hey Armando,
We should get you on the 1/4 mile registry with that time! Let us know when you are running again. Happy Thanksgiving.
