I know I got my cams from him but he only had a few sets. I think it will be fine to drive daily, that's what I use my car for and I have the cams, and cam gears at home. As soon as I get the dump back I will install it all and give a write up as well as a dyno.

From what I heard from Shiv is yes you need a new map for the cams. I have it if you want it or need it once you get the cams.

from what I have read you don't HAVE to have a new map, but you wont get anywhere near the gains, so yeah you will want to get it tuned with a new map

2f2f,

Do you have a map for the Stage 1 + cams for 93 octane? If so, I need it also. If possible, please send via email to jfh342@yahoo.com.

Thanks,

2f2f:

Stage 1 + cams 91 octane map is better than no map. Please send it.

I may be able to compare it against Stage 1 (no cam) 91 octane map to determine where differences are and apply similar changes to my Stage 1 93 octane map.

thanks,

Thanks,
I have it get the 91 map from 2f2f or me and highlight the (MAF) on boost zones above the last 3 bottom rows and were the #s are (-). Then hit the (,) key 5 times. That worked well but what really woke the car up is go back to the original MAF settings and highlight the on boost zones (same as maf) and hit the (.) key 3 times Two hands on the steering wheel massive wheelspin and powerslides ahead- BTW I discussed this very thing with shiv also I have been monitoring it with det cans for about a week- 0 knock
