How to replace ECU cover over XEDE PnP harness?

I just installed the XEDE with Plug-and-Play harness. Everything works great, but I find I can't imagine how in the heck I'm going to replace the ECU cover. There seem to be some space and location constraints which prevent me from reinstalling the ECU cover.

If you've successfully installed the PnP harness and reinstalled the ECU cover, where did you position the small circuit board with connectors which is the centerpiece of the harness? A photo would be great -- a picture is worth a thousand words.

Thanks to anyone who can help me out.

Other than this purely cosmetic issue with the ECU cover, the installation went very smoothly -- the Vishnu instructions were very good, including good pictures. Well, the part about removing the stock airbox could have been a bit more detailed -- unclamping and removing the air duct from the back side of the MAF sensor module was a bit of a knuckle buster which I wasn't prepared for based on the instructions, but I still completed the boost pill removal in about an hour.

Jack - I see that no one has replied yet, so I went out and took some pics. Don't know if you will find them helpful or not.

As you will be able to tell from images, the cover doesn't fit as well as it did without the additional harness behind it but you don't notice it unless you are looking for it from an angle near the floor.

I had trouble at first getting the plastic cover back on but then I worked with it a little more and got it to fit completely, like stock. Gotta play with it a little, but don't smash it too hard.
