It wouldn't be very hard for me to check the wiring. There's only one wire that has to be pulled out from the harness for XEDE installation. It's easy to confirm.

I checked all the hoses and changed the BOV with 3 different stock one's 2 forge ones and a Greddy. I put the car on a lift and checked all of the intercooler hoses as well. The problem is the 1st shop I took it too pulled out 2 of the wrong wires and I found one it was the idle wire and the other was a dead one I think # 16 or something. Then I used a meter and tracked from the boost control wire to the ecu and it got voltage when I tested it so I know I have the right one for boost control but as soon as I installed it I got a P0243 error and that was the 1st time this was hooked up because the shop had it hooked up to the incorrect wire. So now I have boost control a good idle, and a boost leak above 5500 RPM's it goes from 21-22ish and then at 5500 it drops to 13ish and you can hear a loud whoosh noise. A person that had a problem with a BOV said that was the problem but the odds of having 6 BOV's just does not add up. I don't want to ship the car out to you but right now I don't know what to do. You know any shops that can fix this in the southeast? Oh I also changed the boost control Solenoid.

Why does it have a boost leak? And what is so hard about solving it? And what is preventing you from bringing it to the dyno day? Does your car run?

I know you said you checked all the hoses but every time I've seen a leak like the one you described, I found the lower intercooler hose to be too loose. Needs to be cranked down pretty tight in order to keep all that boost contained. I have a hard time believing that all 3 BOVs are leaking-- especially in the way you are describing (above 5500rpm) so it's got to be a loose hose clamp.

I will check all of them again, what about the P0243 error? Any ideas? Also you know of any good shops in the southeast?

Okay I will change all the hoses and tighten the **** out of the clamps
tomorrow, I know someone who put the blue hoses on his car and I will use his stock old one's. You know the boost used to hold all the way to redline until I installed the turbo-back. Also Shiv thanks for the good support man!

Must be a long movie. I PMd you a couple of times. Still waiting for map.
Shiv I got it fixed, it was the 2 clips on the airbox that hold the cold air duct on. They were missing and at high RPM it would suck the airbox to the hood. I am sure you will see some of these down the road. Also what is the cost and where is it? Any other spots open?
Okay, Shiv I talked with you a few days ago about how I screwed up my xede and you told me to test it lower all the boost values to 0 and see if the boost goes down. Well I just got back and the lowest I can get the values was to 50.2 across the whole table. It DID lower the boost though to about 12 PSI, I was getting 22-23ish before so I know boost control works. What's the next step?
