A friend of mine (Jack Joyce) drove out to have you tune his WRX w/ a FP18G. He and I both were pretty excited of the results on Cali 91 octane (313whp if i remember correctly).

To tell the truth, I don't remember. I dyno too many cars to keep track of things like this from memory. Are you sure he made 313whp? Sounds way too high for a WRX with an 18G.
