I have an appointment for my 264/272 cam installation at RRE in 8 days, 12 hours, and four minutes. Tick, tick, tick....

Told 'em to set my cams at -2,-2. Shiv, is that right? I'm gonna have my stage 1+ 91 octane map loaded when I drop it off. Can't wait.

Shiv,
Is your red beast going to be ready for tomorrow or are you going to abuse EZ76's evo as an alternate?

Ask me in 15 hours We got a whole pit crew going on in the garage right now. Most of tomorrow isn't going to be any different either. Tuning starts within the next hour or so. I'm sure it's going to be close to an all-nighter here

Hell ya! Word of advice, keep the troups fed. Also, like I said before, Peet's Coffee across the 580 is the best, darkest, caffeinest, stuff on the planet. You're gonna need to take up Peet's soon to get you though these situations. When I worked in Berkeley I was an addict! By the way, I'm coming up for the firmware update in a couple of weeks. If nothing else, just an excuse to escape my happy suburban bliss down here.

Big evo tuner shootout organized by SCC Thursday and Friday. Acceleration, road course, dyno, etc,. 9 entries. As of yesterday, it was going to be only eight since a last-minute debacle struck

But the boys rallied and made things happen. Still going to be iffy as to whether the Stg 2 car is going to be run due to complete lack of preperation/testing. If things look even moderately questionable, we'll enter the back-up car (ez's Stage 1+). But fingers are crossed and noses are to the grindstone

That would be fun. Are you in the LA area? I'm not sure if the mag guys want the event to be open to the public but I see no problem with increasing our posse size by one

It'll be quite fun, actually. Compared to the other cars that are entering, our car looks like it was homebrew No time for polishing, cleaning, waxing, etc,. I just hope it goes fast

Your 1+ car will be fast and it will finish. The car can run a 12 flat and my car with the 91oct map and a cat w/o cam gears can take down a z06 good luck and when does the mag come out?
