is this normal?
im just using my HKS turbo timer. I clocked a 0-60 in 3.9, but im pretty certain that theres a 0.4-0.5 second delay since i ran a 4.5 completely stock. So i figure that means about 4.3-4.4 0-60.
As for the launch, im not completely dropping the clutch, just slipping it a little...but i get jumbled up with all the terminology. Either way its not a full tilt drag launch.

.... on the race gas map, running race gas and with a test pipe.

It'd make your fueling consistently more safe, particularly at high altitudes or with bigger mods, like cams.
I'd not worry about 0-60 times with a TT/GTech/accelerometer, as the factors are not nearly as controlled. If you aren't setup with equipment for a magazine or something, it seems like a terrible waste to even try, because its difficult if not impossible to repeat, and conditions vary too much.
Do yourself a favor and go to an 1/8th mile of better yet a 1/4 mile track. Track conditions still apply, but that is a universal yardstick with very accurate timing equipment that you can measure against other cars on the same day. 0-60 is for magazines. Acceleration numbers are determined by the quality of the launch (first 60 feet) anyway.
