Yes, the Base Idle Set Screw is in the top of the throttle body. You'll need a stubby Phillips head screwdriver and someone to sit in your car to monitor the tach. It won't take much at all, just bump it about 150-200rpm. IIRC, you'll turn counter-clockwise to raise the idle. Make sure you remember where you started turning from so you can put it back. I believe mine was a bit low stock for some reason, as my Evo use to idle lower than any others I knew of.

can someone PLEASE tell me what "IIRC" is? I've seen it all over this forum and have no idea what it means.

Thanks for the tip.. I bumped my idle up slightly by 100 RPM. Hope this takes care of my intermittent stalling issue.
