Xede boost control problems

I've been having xede boost control problems, just running 9 psi or so. I installed a red glowing switch to switch between the factor green cable and the xede blue cable so i can test the xede connection. With the switch in the factory position i glows red (like it should) and i get 19 - 20 ish psi and when i switch to the xede i get only 9 psi and the switch deengerizes. (this tells me that there is a connection problem somewhere in the circuitry, but i don't know where).

I've tried installing the subzero93 map on the second map postition and still the same problem.
I've tried changing the psi in the software but no change
The light on the xede is green in both the factory and xede postion on my switch (i've changed between postions on the fly and w/ the car off and the same problem)

I'm a bit confused. With your switch removed, is there any correlation between boost pressure and the color of the LED indicator light on the XEDE. In other words, when boost is normal (20+psi), the LED is solid green and when the boost is low, the LED is unlit or flashing orange?

The exede blue cable is going into a low or zero state. The green light indicates that the unit has successfully executed a power up self test. Soft ware changes do not make a differences as you are switching between two maps and you are also pluging in you own changes to the boost parameters. If I am correct so far, is there an over ride defalt built into the Exede (safe mode) that would limit boost? If so you can check for the conditions that activate it.

the light is green all the time when running, even if i disconnect the boost control wire, and even when i install the custom switch and switch between the factory control and the xede.

Just to clearify, i installed a switch that allows me to switch between the green wire(factor controler), and the blue xede boost controller. The switch has a self luminating feature that makes the switch glow red when running. It glows when i'm in using the factory controller, but when i switch to the xede the switch doesn't glow. Again the xede is green all the time when running.

I dont see how you could switch between factory boost control and xede boost control with just a switch. With the factory green wire outta the ECU harness and plugged in directly to the exede I dont see how you would be able to toggle the factory siginal back in.I could be missing something thou. Are you sure your not getting xede boost control when the test light is lit up? Do you hear any relays clicking on the harness when boost is working?

So did you figure out your problem or what?
Im guessing you pulled the wrong boost wire.
