Okay, the XEDE is in and the right green wire has been replaced with the blue one. Third one from the left on the ridged side correct?

The SES light is on, the car boosts to almost 23psi, and there is a clacking noise (sounds like a stuck solenoid) coming from either the ECU or the XEDE, hard to say for sure. What do y'all think this new problem is? The car runs great though.

The click is normal. The click happens when the ECU thinks it is hitting peak boost and triggers the fake boost selenoid switch in the XEDE harness. Acctually the XEDE is in control and is controling the boost selenoid under the hood. I would either get an OBDII scanner and pull the code and erase it, or pull the negitive battery cable for a few minutes to clear the code.

btw, the click should normally only happen just after you start the car (just for a second), and when the car is under full boost.

 

Thanks for the reply. The click happens quite a bit under many different circumstances, most noticably during deccelleration or more specifically, when letting off the gas. This happens in no load or low load situations too, not just under boost. It would have been nice if this information was included in the trouble shooting section of the install guide, or anywhere in the install guide for that matter. The code is cleared and hasn't reaappeared so everything seems to be in order. Thanks go out to David at Vishnu for answering the phone (and all our questions) on a Sunday.

You say the clicking happens after letting off the gas - after boosting?

 

Does the car idle ok? when I had the idle control wire hooked up insted of the boost wire my car behavied like that.
