is my Xede messed up?

Ok, so, to put things in a bit of a context, my car was broken into a while ago, and my Xede appears to be unmolested.

That being said, the other day i disconnected all the Turbo Timer stuff from the ECU wires (since the TT was stolen) and noticed that there are a few wires on the xede that look like they are cut or otherwise lead to nowhere. These are separate and different from the red and black wires that let you map switch, i think the ones im talking about are actually green. But, the car seems to be running just fine, i just want to make sure that theres nothing wrong with the Xede itself.

I had a wire pop off on my labor day vacation in the process of teaching my gf how to drive a manual tranny.. lol.. she stalled the car out and it popped the blue wire (I believe one of the boost control solenoid wires) off the circuit board and threw a CEL. The poor girl was almost in tears... hehe.. thank god for plug and play.. and yes.. I know this isn't related, but I'm bored and posting anyways...
