i just placed an order and apparently the coupon can't be used with an item that is already on sale. i was totally unaware with this and already placed an order last night and paid through paypal. i get an email asking me for more money because coupons can't be used with special offers.
how am i supposed to know that? it doesn't say anywhere on the website that coupons can't be combined with special offers. it also didn't block my coupon when i used it. i sent a reply back but never received an answer. no one is replying to my email or IM's, except the shipping guy (greg). not only that but he tells me that the exhaust isn't even in stock so they have to get it from their supplier. it doesn't say on the website that it isn't in stock.
basically when it comes down to it, i placed an order and paid the amount that was asked initially. that should be that. if the company makes a mistake, i shouldn't be the one to pay for it.

k. finally got a reply and the owner is going to keep the original price i paid. i'm happy that they are, now i just gotta wait for them to get the part in stock. :P
btw, "gregatvivid" is a great guy. he was the only one to listen and help me out initially. a big thumbs up to greg. anyway, it only took about 5 hours to get a reply from sales but at least i got one. :P
