yes vivid is a very respected vendor... i dont know enough of the situation to judge who's fault was who's but vivid did the great thing by replacing

definately not a good resolution... new injectors for a motor that has 60/90/120/120 compression?? no thanks.

"great thing"???

The customer paid for PERRIN injectors. Vivid told him he was getting PERRIN injectors... BUT they sent him their own in-house brand, "Agency Power" (same business address).

What a crock. I don't understand why *anyone* continues to deal with Vivid.

You need to read some of the Horror stories over at i-club and NASIOC.

Does anyone here remember when vivid used to cell gheto *** cellphone stuff?

Just jump on the band wagon guys, its easy to play the blame game. most of our customers are very satisfied with us. we are still running strong. it's easy to say that we do bad business even though you never dealt with us before. If you have problems then call and talk to one of our reps. all you guys can do is ***** and say everything has been done and vivid is screwing you over. If we were screwing everyone over we would surely be out of business by now. I have been here on the evo forums for over a year now and have tried to help everyone the best i can. if your friend has a problem with the injectors he recieved have him call us and talk to the rep that helped him place his order. We are a very respected vendor and have helped hundreds of customers. please rally your support for us.

Let me break this down into little pieces for you to understand.

- The customer ordered PERRIN injectors.
- The customer was told he was getting PERRIN injectors.
- The customer received "Agency Power" injectors.

Hmm... Who is to blame in this situation? You would blame the customer?!?

- The customer in this situation is supposedly "sponsored" by Vivid Racing.

If Vivid will screw over someone they sponsor, why shoud *I* trust them?


A simple search on NASIOC or i-Club will show Vivid's true colors.

(Agency Power is a Vivid Racing in-house brand, known for making knock-offs of real products, like KartBoy short shifters)

Personally this is between us and that customer. i have not heard anything form this person yet. They should call if they have a problem. Nasioc and I Club from my understanding was in the past and employess if vivid from that time are long gone. If you have a problem with us, then contact us itstead of whining. we are not blaming the customer, at this point we dont even now the customer's name. They need to contact us.
