im not for this company thrashing man, vivid is awesome, aftermarket community just need to sit tight and be patient, follow-up is sometimes needed, not everyone is perfect folks. In the long run, things will work out sooner or later, once you get the products and have them installed you completely forget about any problems anyway, no point in crying over spilled milk.

 

Hey guys Evan- Brett coming to Vivid was the best move... I had very limited power and didnt have any say on 1 how to fix the shipping deparment or anything for that matter. i did my best to hook you all up and fix the mess ups. We needed an evo owner like brett as pres at Vivid racing who now will turn 180 and will start to prove to be the best once more. Best of luck!

Unfortunate that the thread title can't be edited. Making an unhappy customer happy again is a tall order and commendable.

 

Hey Brett, if you can clean up Vivid (though I have never had an issue) maybe, just maybe you can head over to KingPin and clean house there.

 

and after that.. head to my house and clean that up too..
