If you paid with paypal file a claim with them. They are very good at resolving issues.

tell them its illegal to take payment on a product you haven't sent. Yuo can call your bank also but being that its benn over a month I don't think they can cancel the payment.

I'm not so sure this is an issue with Vivid so much as Fedex. Did you confirm with Fedex that the package had actually been shipped and if so, that they were sending it to the correct address? I'm not trying to play Devil's Advocate here, but I'm just saying direct the blame to the appropriate place. If you used a credit card or Paypal, it should be fairly easy to file a claim and get an investigation started.

When you said you called and then emailed 'them', who is them? Did you contact Fedex or Vivid? At any rate, I would definitely be on the horn with both of them to figure out who dropped the ball on this and then proceed from there.

Hit me up at brett@vividracing.com with the information you have, (tracking, invoice, etc.) AND obviously your name and contact information and I'll take care of it when i get in there in the morning. I recently let the shipping person go, and reorganized the shipping department. If it was Vivid's fault I'll refiund your money (or get the wing to you). Either way I'll resolve it tomorrow.

Uhh... it's NOT ILLEGAL to take payment on a product you haven't sent, although it IS illegal to take that payment and NOT send anything at all. Not what VIVID is planning to do. This thread will be dead tomorrow guys. Peace!

i believe bret, is the guy who is now taking over evans job, evan moved on to tucson to do other things, or he maybe the big boss now. either way, vivid always takes care of people

Brett is Vivid's new Pres as of January. He has a 550 whp daily driver evo and he drove his s2000 in sport compact's Ulitimate Street Car challenge. He has been in the import scene for sometime now.
