Vivid Distributing LLC Press Release

For those of you that have been to Vivid Racing in the past, you know it was about average size of most tuners shops. Well, we out grow that by 10 times and would like to invite you to the all new Vivid Distributing LLC (Vivid Racing). Vivid Racing has just opened its new facility which has a huge 3500 square foot space. With a nice welcoming reception area, large waiting/show room, office space for our hard working sales people, and a giant warehouse with soon lift and more, this is one of the biggest in our business.

so you guys took down the tread where everyone ripped you because you havent been answering your tracking dept so you could put up something that sounded nice... at this rate no one will care if your website looks good if you never answer phones or reply to tracking inquiries... have someone to check your tracking stuff so people like myself can get the parts that you have already charged me for but have yet to deliver in 2 weeks now... and for others months!

I'm gonna post in the "AZ where are you" thread and see if anyone wants to get together there this Sat. I figure it'll be the best time since you guys have some deals going on.

I don't know about taking down a thread... but I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for my blow off valve... my email has been sent

I've sent out an email to almost every address that you have on your website along with one that was given to me by contacting you via AIM, if these matters aren't resolved I will be contacting the BBU along with my CC company to launch investigations into this... I am a college student, I'm not messing around with my money!

I agree with psionic98 that yout timely shipping/handling phones and call backs (or lack thereof) are really not expected in a vendor of your caliber. I am still waiting for all of my stuff to ship since June 19! Hey I don't mind driving over tomorrow from California to pick up my stuff; if that's possible call me.

When I order from Vivid, I pick up the phone and call Mike. He has my Credit card on file so its very easy to order. I always order my **** 2-day air, and it always gets here in 2 days. I dont know how everyone else has shipping issues. Sorry guys...

But Dan and Mike, you both have been good to me, so party on! I'll be ordering some suspension stuff next, so youll be hearing from me soon.

After sending an email to every email addy on the site, Dan emailed me back and explained what happened... wish i could have had that explained to me a week ago, ends up stuff was on backorder...appreciate the quick response by Dan.. I hate being an *** about things, I really do, but in some cases it has to be done in order to get what you want (in this case paid for).

Again Dan is the guy you wanna talk to about this stuff, so email to them and put it ATTN to Dan!

Maybe you guys at Vivid should think about hiring a few more people to help with tracking and shipping...

This is not a review thread. If you have a problem with Vivid, then call and talk to a manager. Our job is not to give out tracking numbers, so that is why we have a email tracking@vividracing.com and a extension where you can leave messages and someone will get back to you in 24-48 hours like it says on the website and on the phone.
