I had bad experience with em, but after talking with Dan for almost a week, because of going back and forth with email rather than calling, everything was resolved and I got what I paid for... you gotta either call them or let them call you if its too much in LD calls, like it was for me

You have got to be kidding me... this entire post is about how Vivid will not talk to me if I try to contact them so I have given up. Anyways, I got lied to last time i called so whats the point?? If you would like to take action you are more than welcome to contact me at Buckschamps2002@aol.com.
I voted and rated their service as Excellent. I bought StopTech brakelines and Motul fluid. Costs were fair and shipping was free. Was told it would take 5 days shipping and got it in 3. I will definitely use them again.

In your case, I have no sympathy for Vivid Racing since you did screw alot of people on NASIOC.com
Mr. Bubbler and Obseletian (spelling) are friends now with us...we have resolved our differences and it is all in some miscommunication. Look foward to seeing them both at the Nisei show in LA. In fact we had such a good conversation we sponsored both their cars!

It sounds like things are looking up in the Vivid household! Way to handle your issues! I really need a vendor I can trust! Can I trust Vivid to help me safely mod my ride with fairly priced products? I understand you have to make money and all but noobies like me who are just getting started need a little help with choosing the right products!
I've actually ordered from Vivid twice...Both times I got what I needed/wanted when I was supposed to, paying a reasonable price. Will definitely go back again..

I have posted about this before, but now I have experience. I ordered one item from vivid ... a Monster Sports carbon trunk for my STi. It arrived on time as described. on time, and communication was fine.
All you whining, ****, back seat managers need to get some perspective. I have still not heard of one customer NOT getting what they ordered from Vivid.
I will order from Vivid again ... no doubt .. and hell if my part takes two months from Japan ... I CAN WAIT ... if you want my full opinion .. just search on my name
