Ok im sure this thread will be deleted within 5 minutes but I would like to respond to this post...

"If you have a issue that is unresolved, then please email or call as described above one of the owners and they will be happy to immediately attend to your situation.

As far as complaints are concerned...with the high volume of orders we do, the manufacturers trying to keep up, and the ever longing not being able to please everyone, complaints are bound to come about. But we do try our best to control them and respond to your needs. Just need to talk to the RIGHT PEOPLE

As far as cencorship this thread is a statement and we can close it if we want to have it that way. To get your situation appropriately handled, posting does not help, you need to discuss with us and we will get you moving.

Anyone that has met us, done business with us, or understands the industry, knows we take care of them.

So as Owners we look foward to talking to you about the problems to correct them. So we cant help if we cant talk...email your phone number, name, and problem to Rob or Dan and consider it fixed!!! "

1. I am not posting to destroy the reputation of Vivid Racing, I am posting to inform other members about the poor service Vivid has provided.
2. The censorship has to stop, its ridiculous that a company has to delete posts about poor service rather than simply correcting the problem.
3. If one of the "RIGHT PEOPLE" would like to contact me I would be more than happy to resolve this issue with them, but so far all you guys do is talk and take no action.

Again, not trying to ruin the reputation of Vivid just informing other members.... this is what you do on a MESSAGE BOARD.

See the thing is, when shopping people go by word of mouth. If I hear all this stuff about vivid, what makes you think I will order stuff from there. I think vivd should talk to US in this forum, instead of calling. This way we would know whats going on, and whether or not we should order from you. I can tell you now I will not buy anything from you now. I have ordered stuff from other places and shipping is always fast on time with tracking #. Thats the way I like it and thats the way its suppose to be. If stuff is out of stock, then let us know.

Until I know these customers are finally getting their orders and emails answered, then the confidecent in ordering from ya guys will improve.

Please improve communication in this forum rather than having it all done personally. We as customers should know what is going on since you guys are getting bad reviews. If you want to turn things around, communicate with us. Here. Not on the phone.

I've been talking to only Ryan who's been really nice and has got great communication...

No bashing or slander is involved in a simple post to explain a persons issues, with a vendor. Although newly added is the trader rating which is similar to ebay's rating system. I recommend if you really have an issue with a vendor you will add your positive or negative feedback. I can agree a post saying that "so and so sucks, blah blah blah" is a useless post. But a post explaining what you had experienced is not.

Cool vivid racing...

i have nothing but good luck with vivid racing.. any time i have a question or concern rob or dan has handled it in a fair amount of time.. i am in no way affilated with vivid racing, but one thing all vendors have in common is the more busines they have the longer it takes to handle a response.. give dan and the rest of the crew a chance, contact dan and give him ample time to research and reply to your problems...
