What are the problems/difficulties with them? Did you just have to re-think how you checked your mirrors? If it's only a distortion thing, I could care less. I just wouldn't want to risk my safety.

Actually pretty simple to install, no difficulties there. Objects in driver side mirror look further back then they are, passenger mirror is just a little off from what i'm used to....not bad at all. IMO, its just takes a little time to get used to....doesnt really hinder your sight. Hope that helps!
