with the autopower 4 point cage, will there still be access for rear passengers? the other two points bolts in front?

the first 2 pix are of different cages. the first the bars are all vertical, the second pic there are 2 vertical bars and 2 horizontal bars running towards the front.

I just want to point out to the customer that you were joking and just being sarcastic with this response. To publicly condone allowing a passenger to ride in the rear seats of a car equipped with a roll bar opens your company up to huge liability.

To answer the guys question - no, passengers won't fit back there and never should be allowed to ride back there. This is where you get to choose whether your EVO is going to be a race car or people mover. . .

To add to this thread, I would like to say that Kurt @ TeamTech does AWESOME work. The shop is local to me and I have them custom make all my harnesses. The can do custom color straps, stitching, pull tabs, etc. . .

The hot setup for my cars has been black padding, silver harness, red thread, and red pull-tabs. You can't go wrong with TeamTech!!

From the picture, it looks like there is enough clearance for kids at the back seat. the roll bar that I would be interested would be something that connect to the front and not the rear seat. Of course padding is of utmost importance if I do plan to use the rear seats.

Is teamtech a vendor of this site? if no, then this is like jacking his thread

I dont track my car with the rear seats in, but if these are bolt-n-go then I dont have a problem swappin it in and out after track days...

 

I hope you're joking about putting kids in the backseat with the Autopower 4pt! I've got the Autopower 4pt; and it takes a bit of contortionist just to get into the rear myself even with the seats removed. That's not to mention it being unsafe to ride in except in an emergency.

Even better that Vivid is offering them in a kit with a roll bar. I'm in the market for a bar, but I already have 4 TeamTech harnesses. . .
