It wouldn't surprise me to see that in Naperville. They drive z28's, yukons, expeditions, mustangs, harleys, intrepids, even geo trackers mostly unmarked. I think their next purchase thanks to us tax payers is a new z06. Yes Naperville is the 3rd nicest place to live in the good ol' USA

Even though just last week we had a local gentlemans club host a golf outing at one of our public courses. Some of the people living on the course experienced in my opinion some of the best caddying you can buy! $40 BJ's from rumors I heard

As far as Ive read in translated website lingo off of Japanese websites, the top speed runs done on the highways of Japan and the street racing is pursued only under extreme circumstances. Just like the US, they consider it extremely dangerous chasing down an 800hp Skyline hittinh 330KM an hour. Thats what I could make of it, having never been even close to Japan, I wouldn't know, but it does make sense.
