Unhappy Whats inthe water at Vivid?

I placed two orders for intercooler pipeing kits, they both were complete, and 10 min after each order they said they were out of stock, so i said ok, let me get spark plugs then, order was placed, a week went buy and my brother had also ordered them about the same time, so all of a sudden his credit card says he ordered 2 sets and mine was never made???? so he gets charged for 2 and i get nothing, but they only send out one set so i couldnt just pay him, THEN when we call to get the refund, they refund me rather than Jason who spent the money!!! so i got no intercooler pipeing, no spark plugs, and 2 unhappy customers, im not looking for free stuff, just letting who ever is in charge get a grasp onm things...i hope i am alowed to post this, just trying to help i guess....

any evo owners with legitimate problems with vividracing give hayden a call directly @ 480-966-3040 ext: 224 i will do everything within reason to correct any legitimate problems... keep in mind monday is our heaviest day and not the best day for problem resolution... thank you for your patience...

Thanks Hayden but man did you read what you wrote?

Kinda harsh but the grenade on the counter with the "pull pin for service" is kinder and gentler than this

my opinion
vivid is a good place to look at pictures of parts.. if u actually want to buy them, find another vendor...

do a search for vivid, u will find alot of info..

Spent over 3K with Vivid...over the last 6 months... great service and I've noticed no drop in service level since I started...Sorry if others are having problems..but I know they have done everything they've said they said they would do for me..(and they have told me when they could'nt help me too...

Thanks again Buldog......i give a lot of credit when people are good and i also give my opinion when they are not, i feel to us and us being customers we shoudl be true to each other to let each person know whats a good route to take in spending our money, we all want the same thing, fast service, freidnly, and above all no bull****ing, havent got that at Vivid, Buschur is absolutely the BEST and i mean BEST company i have EVER dealt with in my life, wether it be car, food, cloths, ANYTHING....they deliver....

i wasn't directing that to anyone... it's just that some people call/inquire about parts/service... and well, they just want something for free or something totally unrealistic... for those people i'm sorry i can't help you... everyone else i can or i'll die trying! i own the same car as you guys, i would assume that i'm in the same tax bracket, i would like to believe i have an idea of what your looking for and a realistic price for that part or service... mon. is our absolute busiest day... basically the rest of our working week i catching up with the business we've done on mon... i'm just being honest! i personally do all the promotion and/or sales on the evolution forums, if someone does have a problem i would love to help them find resolution for that problem! Buschur sells food?

i apreciate what your saying and do beleive you are sincere, you were very nice and courtious on the phone, just as a whole, Vivid has not done anything compared to the other vendore i have dealt with in comparison, Lancer Shop, Dynoflash, Buschur have all done absolutely unreal servixce for me and im sticking with what works, i tried Vivid and actually purchased my cat back from you but when i went back for seconds i have been disapointed ever since, so finnaly switched and have been awesoem for me, but thats me and only me, im sure you have a huge crowd backing vivid to the end...

Yea, this has to get figured out. I got charged for my own spark plug kit which I recieved, but then my brother ordered one and I got charged on my CC. But he has yet to recieve it. So either his order DID NOT go through but Vivid charged me twice, or his order DID go through but they havent sent it. If they never got his order processed then I would like Vivid to email me at huscroft6@aol.com so i can get the double charges off my card. I just figured they put both mine and my brothers on my card, but he hasnt got his yet so maybe they charged me twice. Who knows. Later....

Hayden,

maybe you can help me. I had ordered a Perrin shorty antenna and a Greddy 60mm gauge stand on Dec. 22, 2003. I later received the antenna, but no gauge stand. After several e-mails, I find out that you guys do not have them in stock and Greddy would be shipping it directly to me in a few weeks. I decide to purchase it from another vendor. I was told by Mike Huffman on 1/9/03 that I would be reimbursed and it will take about two weeks. It has now be just a bit longer than two weeks now and NO reimbursement has been made. My Vivid order number is #388. On your website it still shows as it being processed. Is this normal? Also, Mike had sent me an e-mail saying that the credit number was #8464. Could you maybe check on this for me? Please pm me with some sort of update on the status.

I think they dont read this forum that much... probably busy with phone in... I always get much luck and service when I call them..
