just picked up the cooloing mist alky kit. wondering wat bov ur using. im currently running the jdm mr bov but i dont think she can handle all the boost. i heard itll leak after 24psi. i might end up ordering the aps valve even though its on 3 week backorder.

i have herd it will hold 28-30psi but if you want to get a new one for reassurance you should get a forge RS recirculating bov i have been told it will hold 38psi on the hardest spring! are you running stock ECU? if so you have to recirculate for the car to run right

APS and loving it. Had the Forge RS before that and did not like it. Drivability was awful unless you go WOT.

It will handle all the boost you need. I have the first gen DSM valve that is a similar design to JDM MR one and it's hold everything just fine. I let it spike to 30 PSI on 93 octane and Methanol.
Just get it tuned correctly.

I know people who run the forge RS (the one that you adjust with the knob) or the turbosmart BOV at 28-30 psi without any issues with it holding.

Are you guys a bunch of advertisers? Just run the JDM MR bov and if it starts to leak, then crush it (yes you can do this on it too) and then if it leaks after than, then buy a new one. Don't buy something if it's not absolutely needed yet.

You don't want any VTA valve with meth, unless you want the fuel all over the engine bay.

never thought of that! i was sold on the APS until you said that...i just got my meth tune and i have the forge rs and hate it with a passion, the driveability sucks unless you are at wot on any setting, tight or loose
